Periodic Maintenance

Matrix provides (product specific) one year of free post-implementation service. Thereafter offers the customer opportunity of entering into a “service agreement” with Matrix that will enable customer to enjoy the benefits of guarunteed cycles of preventive maintenance, which in turn would help minimise equipment failure and optimise service life of machinery & equipment

Service Agreement

Matrix offers its customer an opportunity to enter into a "service agreement" in which it will enable customer to enjoy the benefits of guaranteed cycles of preventive maintenance, which in turn would help minimize potential of equipment failure and help optimize service life of customer’s machinery & equipment - all in all contributing to smooth continuity of customer’s business operations

Annual Service

For customers who do not have a service agreement with Matrix, we offer maintenance under "Annual Service" option, in which Matrix will take assessment of customer’s maintenance requirement and provide estimate, along with decision whether maintenance could be carried out at customer’s site or Matrix workshop

Preventive Maintenance

Matrix provides (product specific) preventive maintenance under warranty during the first year of purchase, and thereafter offers the customer an opportunity to sign up for an extended service under agreement. Alternatively, customer has the option of availing maintenance services from Matrix on demand

Repair

In the event of a breakdown of equipment, Matrix takes advantage of having its own repair workshop, backed by highly qualified and experienced team of technical experts, to promptly carry out the necessary repair work that is needed to get the equipment back in operation, thereby minimising the disruption to customer’s business operation
