Matrix takes advantage of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure customer’s equipment maintenance cycle is tracked and preventive maintenance is scheduled in time

Repair

In the event of a breakdown of equipment or machinery reaching a major ovehaul, Matrix takes advantage of having its own repair workshop, backed by highly qualified and experienced team of technical experts, to promptly carry out the necessary repair work that is needed to get the equipment back in operation, thereby minimising the disruption to customer’s business operation

Rental & Backup supply

​In a situation where customer faces a equipment breakdown or when his business operation demands additional supply of compressed air, Matrix takes advantage of its backup and rental fleet to ensure customer’s business operation continues to receive uninterrupted supply of compressed air, thereby ensuring his business continuity at all times

Warranty

All products sold by Matrix will be entitled to a standard warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Once standard warranty expires, customer has the option of signing up for an extended warranty with Matrix
